I was approached by an interior design company based in Lancashire who were wanting time spent on their branding and digital presence. Due to them dealing with colours daily for different clients they were finding it difficult to pick one specific colour that could represent their brand. It was at this point that I came up with the idea of using a colour spectrum, not unlike the effect you might see when looking in to a soapy bubble. Although quite daring to leave my usual format of 2 colour branding I think the result matches the company's style and enforces a feeling of quality and luxury that a flat colour wouldn't be able to achieve.
The logo is slightly transparent which represents that APM Design are able to work on any subject and design correctly for any type of space and activity, as well as showing that APM are like a layer of pearlescent shine with a finish that only the best can achieve.
I was also requested to give them a great online platform to share their portfolio of design with the world. I created them a website that is fully responsive that displays well on all size screens. It can also be edited by the client for them to update text and image content at their will. The result is also shown here with screenshots from the now live site apmdesign.co.uk
